All shipping orders are sent through USPS and can typically be shipped by the end of the business day. Saturday shipping may be available on the day of a Checkers home game.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed after 4 p.m. on Dec. 22 will not be processed until after Christmas.

LOCAL PICKUP LOCATION AND HOURS

REGULAR HOURS
Please park in the main lot of Bojangles Coliseum and take the stairs down to the right of the box office. The security desk is located on your right on the lower level of the building that connects the coliseum to Ovens Auditorium. Your order can be picked up there 24/7. Please bring your confirmation with you. For your convenience, we suggest checking the Boplex website in order to avoid picking up during other events in the complex.

CHECKERS GAME DAYS
On Checkers game days, 90 minutes before puck drop, the pickup location will move to the ticket information table just inside the main box office entrance. It will then be available when coliseum doors open one hour prior to puck drop.
